The filtration device must not be used incorrectly; Select filters appropriately
For the lubrication management of equipment, a three-stage filtration system should be employed, with attention to the following two points: First, the filtration devices must be used correctly. When using three-stage filters to purify lubricant, it is essential to select the appropriate filtration devices for each stage. In the first stage of filtration, the process takes place from the large oil tank to the white porcelain tank; in the second stage, it is from the white porcelain tank to the small oil jug; and in the third stage, it is from the small oil jug to the filling point. It is important to choose the right filtration device for each stage of filtration. II. Proper selection of filters: Different types of filters are used for the three-stage filtration of lubricating oil. A 60-mesh filter is used in the first stage, a 90-mesh filter in the second stage, and a 100-mesh filter in the third stage. Therefore, when filtering lubricating oil, it is necessary to use filters that are suitable for each stage in order to ensure an effective filtering result.
1. Inbound filtration: The oil must be strictly filtered when it is transported and stored in the oil tank via pumps. 2. Filtration during distribution: The oil must be filtered before being poured into the lubrication container. 3. Fuel filtration: The oil must be filtered before being introduced into the equipment’s fuel storage area.
Lubricant filtration requires a “three-stage” filtration process, namely from the large tank to the smaller tank, then to the oil container, and finally to the filling point.
Try to follow the \"five fixings\" and \"three filtrations\" system; the \"five fixings\" refer to fixing the location, quality, quantity, frequency, and responsible person. “The \"three filtrations\" refer to filtration upon the arrival of lubricating oil at the warehouse, filtration before it is distributed, and filtration during refilling. These are purification measures taken to reduce the amount of impurities in the oil and to prevent dust and other contaminants from entering the equipment along with the oil.
Different types of filtration devices should be used in combination for lubricants in order to reduce mechanical impurities in them and improve their cleanliness
Lubricant filtration requires a “three-stage” filtration process, namely from large drums to portable tanks to oil containers, and finally to the points where oil is applied.
The filtration requirements for lubricating oil require a “three-stage” filtration process, namely from large barrels → portable buckets → oil containers → filling points.
