The feedstock for diesel hydrogenation is a mixture of catalytic diesel and conventional diesel; what will happen if the supply of catalytic diesel is interrupted during the production process? What are the emergency plans and solutions?
If the fuel supply is interrupted and no adjustments are made, it will be impossible to maintain the liquid level in the crude oil tank. In such cases, it is necessary to contact the dispatch team; generally, there are hot methods and cold methods for supplying fuel, and if one route of fuel supply is interrupted, the amount of fuel supplied through the other route must be increased accordingly. If both streams are no longer available, reduce the processing volume, maintain the liquid level, and use less fuel; this will cause the temperature of the reactor bed to drop, as well as reduce hydrogen consumption. Pay attention to adjusting the compressor load. With reduced heat exchange, monitor the temperature at the bottom of the stripping tower and adjust the steam supply accordingly. It also needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation
First, maintain the liquid level in the raw material tank; contact the dispatch team to find out the situation. Increase the feed amount of straight-chain diesel or reduce the feed amount of the reactant, while adjusting the temperature of the reactor bed; as the ratio of catalyzed diesel to straight-chain diesel in the feed tank decreases, the heat released during the reaction also decreases
1. Contact the dispatcher as soon as possible to restore the original operating conditions. 2. The catalyst activation process is a major consumer of hydrogen; without this process, the temperature rise will decrease significantly. Insufficient heat exchange between the raw materials and the reaction effluents requires that the load on the reactor be increased promptly to raise the temperature at the reactor inlet, so as to prevent too rapid a drop in temperature ; 3. Hydrogen consumption is significantly reduced; the new hydrogen compressor is adjusted promptly to avoid fluctuations in system pressure. Additionally, the amount of waste hydrogen to be discharged is determined based on the purity of the circulating hydrogen. The purity should not be too high ; 4. The reaction heat is reduced; if heat is removed from the reaction system during distillation, attention must be paid to the heat generated in the distillation section and to the operations involved. Increase the load on the fractionator in a timely manner. 5. Catalytic shutdown (changes in feed rate or oil properties) primarily affects the reaction heat, which in turn impacts the heat exchange system of the entire plant; it is therefore necessary to carefully examine this heat exchange system.
