Here, naphtha is washed with lye. Part of the naphtha from the tank area enters the lye mixer, where it mixes with the lye before going into the lye sedimentation tank. If it is for washing low-viscosity oils, use two tanks: one for alkaline washing and another for water washing. Install a static mixer at the inlet of each tank so that washing takes place first with an alkaline solution and then with water. If horizontal tanks are used, a circulation pump is required. At the same time, high values can be effectively separated. For vertical drills, lower at the start and raise at the end.
