We have a 700,000-ton catalytic pyrolysis unit; the system pressure is 120 kilograms. The recycle hydrogen compressor is of the centrifugal type, while the new hydrogen compressor is a three-stage, three-row reciprocating compressor. Recently, the valve plate of the check valve on the outlet bus of the new hydrogen compressor has been vibrating severely and making a lot of noise. Has anyone encountered this issue? How can it be adjusted?
New hydrogen is reciprocating; it should make a regular sound as the piston moves. Unless your buffer tank is large enough.
It should be related to the airflow exiting the reciprocating machine
It is likely that the amount of new hydrogen is low, preventing the valve disc of the one-way plate valve from remaining open continuously

Ours here is of the rotating type and makes noise frequently; it seems that it has little to do with traffic volume. Is it related to the fact that the liquid carrying and separation tanks are too small?
