The reactors are all protected with nitrogen, so there should be no problem with the catalysts
It’s been half a year – can the piping equipment still be used? Won’t you try pressurizing it again?
1. Large units should undergo individual trial operations again； 2. The system has been successfully purged with nitrogen and a pressure drop test was conducted; the high-temperature sections require re-sealing ； 3. The heating rate of the converter should be slowed down appropriately; this is done taking into account both the furnace itself and the catalyst ； 4. When the conversion catalyst is taken out of service, passivation should be carried out; it then needs to be reduced again. If it is a catalyst that has not been carbonized or passivated and is protected in a hydrogen environment, reduction may not be necessary……………………and so on
We also stopped using it for most of the first half of seven or eight years ago, and now the device is still working fine.
