Under the current circumstances, the first step is to drain the contents from the reactor; Next is to choose a protective agent with better adsorption capacity and greater scale-tolerant ability; third, optimize the raw materials.

I think we should first rule out problems with the raw materials and filters – whether the raw materials have become dirty, or if the filters don’t have sufficient precision, or if there are other issues such as broken filter screens or something like that. Has this happened before? Because if it’s a problem with the catalyst loading, it would start to show up gradually from the beginning, not only recently; I think we should first investigate the cause

Analyze and address specific issues individually. Analyze the solid content and metals in the filtered crude oil; if there are significant differences compared to before, consider issues with the filter or the raw material. If there are no abnormalities with the filter, it is necessary to consider stopping operations in order to adjust the grading of the protective agent, and then communicate with the catalyst manufacturer and the design team to develop a better grading scheme for the protective agent.
First, check whether the crude oil filter is leaking; inspect it carefully! . If the time is long, there might be omissions. Another thing is to change the filter set to 15 microns; we changed one set of ours and the result was pretty good. Normally, for whole head: 15 microns; for 25 microns, use 1/3
