Is the flame blue and is the combustion stable? (2) Is there coking in the fuel oil nozzle? (3) Is the heating for fuel oil and fuel gas functioning properly? (4) Check whether there are any abnormalities such as bending, deformation, or discoloration of the furnace tubes. Check whether the exhaust fan and blower are operating properly, whether the lubricant level and motor current are within normal ranges, and whether the cooling water for the exhaust fan is functioning correctly.
