How should the flue dampers and air valves with oxygen content control be adjusted, and in what situations is that method of adjustment suitable? I would like to ask the experts here for advice
When the negative pressure is low and the oxygen content is low, it is appropriate to increase the flue damper opening slightly to raise the negative pressure and increase the oxygen content; When the negative pressure is high and the oxygen level is low, it is possible to appropriately open the air duct dampers to increase the amount of air. This is possible as long as the heating furnace has no air leaks. Leakage is another matter.
The fire viewing windows, fire access holes, ignition ports, explosion-proof doors, manhole covers, main burner flanges, furnace steel plates, and so on can all allow air leakage. The flue dampers and air duct dampers are adjusted based on the oxygen level and negative pressure; together, they work to ensure that the furnace operates at its optimal efficiency

Can the flue damper be opened wider to increase the air volume and thus the oxygen level when the oxygen content is low?
Different air leakage locations lead to different outcomes; air leakage at the upper part may result in a higher oxygen level, but the combustion at the burners at the bottom may not be optimal. It is therefore necessary to adjust the air ducts and flue ducts based on the combustion conditions of the burners.

Control the three doors and one plate properly; keep the oxygen content in the flue gas at 2–4%, the negative pressure in the furnace chamber at -20 to -40 KPa, and the flue gas temperature below 135 degrees, in order to prevent corrosion caused by low-temperature dew points. Use multiple burners to ensure a uniform flame with short flames that do not touch the furnace tubes. The flame from gas combustion is light blue, while that from oil combustion is orange. Adjust the secondary air damper to keep the flame from spreading.
