For the diesel hydrogenation unit, can the heat tracing on the inlet pipeline of the recycle hydrogen compressor be removed?

For a 1 million tons/year gasoline and diesel hydrocracking unit, is it possible to eliminate the heat tracing in the pipeline between the liquid separation tank at the inlet of the recycle hydrogen compressor and the inlet of the recycle hydrogen compressor itself?

Heat tracing is used to protect the hydrogen circulation machine, preventing condensate from entering it; it cannot be removed
It cannot be canceled to prevent liquid in the circulating hydrogen from entering the cylinder.
There’s no need to cancel it; it’s safer to keep throwing them during winter
We haven’t put it into use here; the liquid separation tank located before the compressor performs excellent separation, so there is no need to use it.
It is generally used in winter; it should not be needed at other times.
