Are there any good methods to ensure that the cleaning solution is completely removed, so as to avoid corrosion of the tube bundle caused by residual liquid in dead zones?
Any cleaning solution that evaporates easily will do; as long as it is purged with dry gas, there are usually no residues in hidden areas.
Agree with the person above; by purging with a dry gas (air, nitrogen), no residual liquid will remain.
