Heavy oil discharge and anti-condensation issues

We have newly installed a residue hydroprocessing unit, and these past couple of days we have been discussing the issue of heavy dirty oil discharge as well as ways to prevent blockages in the pipelines. The residue freezing point is around 40 degrees, which is extremely dangerous
Heating + diesel flushing + steam purging – this is the most reliable method. Identify appropriate points for dividing the area and install proper pipelines; the diesel flushing line and the steam line can share the same pipe, but isolation blind plates must be installed. Diesel flushing is generally not necessary. For now, this is the safest option – just make it secure from the start; it won’t cost much more
Insulation + Heat insulation + Flush oil interface + Steam interface (or nitrogen interface)
Do you plan to have it on the ground or underground?
The main heavy fuel oil pipeline is installed on the pipe bridge
