Seeking help with the heating operation of a hydrocracking reactor?

You are asking about when the temperature rises. If it’s at the beginning of operation, the temperature increases by 10 to 15 degrees per hour; during vulcanization, the increase is 6–7°C. When switching raw materials in the later stages of vulcanization, the rate of temperature increase is even slower. During normal production, the temperature in the cracking reactor rises by approximately 0.5°C each time. In other words, the rate of temperature increase varies depending on the process; the general principle is that it can be a bit faster when no reaction is taking place, but once a reaction occurs, especially a cracking reaction, it should be as slow as possible.
