As mentioned above, if it is the oil obtained with low sulfur content or oil that has not been stripped in a stripper, its sulfur level will definitely be higher than that of the final product; this is because oil that has not undergone stripping contains large amounts of hydrogen sulfide, which results in a higher sulfur level in the hydrogenated oil. You can try alkali washing; after that, the test results will be the same as those for the product’s sulfur content
