Why does the circulation of light components in the catalytic gasoline unit within the system lead to excessive levels of mercaptan sulfur?

Source of thiol sulfur: 1. Organic sulfur contained in catalytic gasoline； 2. Hydrogen sulfide is generated during the hydrodesulfurization of gasoline; the reaction between hydrogen sulfide and olefins results in the formation of thiol compounds ； For gasoline hydrodesulfurization, thiol sulfur is difficult to control; even when the sulfur content in the refined gasoline is below 10 ppm, Dr. Bo’s tests may still fail due to the issue of thiol sulfur ； When the sulfur content is within acceptable limits, a separate desulfurization unit is used to transfer thiols in order to ensure the success of the Doctor experiment.
