The paraffin oil hydrogenation reactor is equipped with two backup de-diene reactors that can be switched in use. Two months after operation, the pressure difference across both reactors reached around 9 kilograms. I would appreciate some guidance from those with experience!

It’s not a problem with the watch; the same issue occurs when switching between the two devices!
It is preliminarily assumed that the wax oil feedstock contains solid impurities such as coke dust, or that dienes and olefins have undergone self-polymerization. Does this wax oil feedstock come from wax oil fractions produced by coking units or cracking units?
This post was last edited by czj2008 on 10/9/2019 at 10:16. Whose deoxygenation catalyst is this? What is the operating temperature? Is it because the catalyst is not performing as well as it should? Is the feed to your reactor introduced from the top or from the bottom? Is there a filter in place beforehand? Which type of mesh with a finer texture, 25um, would be better to use?
A foreign catalyst is used, with a feed temperature of 155°C and a hydrogen-to-oil ratio of 500; this represents top feeding. A backwash filter is installed before feeding to remove debris larger than 25um.
Is the feed temperature a bit too low? Is this the temperature specified by the catalyst manufacturer? The temperature can be increased a bit
