Modification of the paraffin oil hydrogenation sludge line

Can the backwash oil for the wax oil hydrogenation backwash filter (flushed with low-pressure steam at 0.6 MPa) be connected via a pipeline to the outlet of the descaling oil pump? If this modification is feasible, what issues need to be taken into consideration?
Does it mean going directly from the sludge oil buffer tank to the sludge oil storage tank? It doesn’t seem very safe; in the event of a malfunction in the steam valve, steam could be poured directly into the large tank for an extended period, heating up the contaminated oil. If there are any issues with management as well, it could lead to serious problems
