As long as production is carried out in accordance with the National V standard, hydrogenation units generally keep the total sulfur content below 10 ppm.

According to national standards, gasoline is now required to have a sulfur content of less than 10 ppm; unless it is blended oil, in which case the sulfur content may be higher. Such blended oil is then mixed with oil having a lower sulfur content. The internal control standard at the factory is generally around 8-9 ppm, in order to avoid discrepancies during testing
For naphtha, it mainly depends on its intended use. If it is to be sent for reforming, it matters whether pre-hydrogenation is available; if so, then 10 isn’t necessary. If not, it depends on whether mixing is required – if mixing is needed, the specifications will be different
