Planning to enter the gas separation industry; seeking some learning materials and information on companies

I worked in a chemical plant for a few years; I felt that there were few prospects for growth there, so I returned to my hometown in Chengdu recently. I am planning to enter the gas separation industry, and I would like to ask fellow professionals for help: could anyone provide me with some books and materials related to gas separation that I can use to learn and improve my skills? It is said online that there are many companies in Chengdu that specialize in gas separation, and they are all quite good at what they do; examples include the Southwest Chemical Research Institute, Huaxi, Tianyi Technology, and so on. Do any of you know anything about the working conditions and benefits offered by these companies? If you know, please provide some information for my reference.
The Southwest Chemical Research Institute and Tianyi Technology are the same entity; they are state-owned enterprises, so it’s likely impossible to get in there. Companies like Chengdu West China, AsiaLink Technology, and Shanghai West China are worth considering. Shanghai West China has seen good development in recent years and is currently hiring, so it’s worth giving it a look
There is a job in Dalian related to gas separation, specifically in the field of gas membranes; the position requires a project manager, with an initial salary of around 10,000. It’s worth considering
