Operating temperature for tubular container

Whether it is the special standards for large-volume steel seamless gas cylinders, tube bundle containers, or long tube trailers, they all specify that the operating temperature range is -40 to 60°C. However, the mobile storage regulations state that a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius is sufficient for use within China. I’m not sure where the figure of 60°C comes from; I hope someone experienced can shed some light on this!
I checked the specifications for the 1989 version and those from the year 2000 – in both cases it is explicitly stated that gas cylinders should be used at \"normal ambient temperatures (–40 to 60°C)\». I really can’t understand this!
