Distillation involves a main stripping tower, which is stripped using medium-pressure steam. There are also distillation columns and distillation furnaces. There is a kerosene tower, which is equipped with a reboiler; there is also a diesel tower, which is stripped using low-pressure steam

If steam is used for stripping in the diesel tower, the amount of steam required can be reduced; additionally, a coalescer can be added before the product leaves the unit. Our company has encountered similar situations before, especially in winter, when diesel samples are turbid and contain noticeable amounts of water after being left standing. Now that these two have been applied, there is basically no water left.
