The SIS interlocks for the hydrogenation process are added based on the original design; the on-site process flow remains unchanged. Is a Class A design qualification or a Class B one sufficient? Are there any clear requirements or guidelines?
It falls under hazardous processes; it requires a Class A professional qualification, as specified in documents issued by the former State Administration of Work Safety
