After the instrument air supply to the hydrogenation unit is stopped, at what pressure will the valve in the instrument air pipeline activate? And will the feedback from the control valve be displayed properly during this activation process?
What I encountered was that the cut-off valve activated at 0.35; it’s related to the valve itself, and the readings appear normal
The design takes into account low instrument air pressure and wind-stop conditions, with the valves activating their corresponding emergency switches in such situations
You can check the specifications sheet of your device’s gauge; generally, it will activate at pressures below 0.35 Mpa.
The instrument specification sheet contains specific data, including parameters related to wind pressure
