The noise level from the purified water control valve section is too high; please suggest a solution

The diameter changes by 150 at the control valve on the pipeline at the outlet of the purification water pump. The opening degree of the control valve is approximately 35%. The pressure before the control valve, which is also the pressure at the pump outlet, is 1.0 megapascal; there is a reserve pressure of around 0.6 megapascal in the downstream section. Currently, the noise level is too high – both the upstream and downstream manual valves are fully open. Please suggest a solution
1. First, check whether the operating pressure at the time the valve was ordered (before and after the valve) matches the aforementioned operating pressure. 2. If the control valve is in automatic control mode, try closing the manual valves at the front and back to increase the opening degree of the control valve, and see if the noise level can be reduced.
Turn the manual valve in front down a bit to try opening the control valve wider.
There should be diameter changes after the control valve; the noise is mainly caused by pressure release. This not only generates noise but also vibration, and over time problems will arise with the air lines. We have encountered similar problems on our devices; it’s sufficient to remove the diameter change.
