Yes, there are manufacturers for concentrated sulfuric acid whose sales prospects are excellent; they represent a good choice. The sulfur dioxide emissions from their operations fully meet the requirements of GB31570

For sulfur recovery in coal chemical industry, there is Topsoe.
Mainly, the product sulfuric acid is used less in so-called modern coal chemical industry. So people don’t have that much interest in this technology. Coking is used to produce ammonium sulfate, and some plants have adopted this practice. Petroleum refining feed gas has a high sulfur content and large volumes; this technology offers high efficiency in handling it. Moreover, there are numerous petroleum products for which sulfuric acid is required. There are also many that are useful. Another one is WSA, I guess. It’s best to put this in the purification section; not many people studying vaporization would focus on this.
In China, I remember that another outstanding option is the one from Nanhua Institute, whose effects are comparable to those of WSA. As for Shanghai Liyang, I’m not sure
