The data read by our online analyzer is around 150 mg/m3, but it seems that there are no limits set for nitrogen oxides in the latest emission standards.
It’s very low; it’s a reduced-temperature environment, with a combustion temperature of only 700 degrees, and just a few dozen milligrams are produced. No treatment is required; otherwise, it’s necessary to control the burning temperature and the process
Our unit has conducted measurements (using online monitoring devices); the temperature in the flue of the exhaust gas incinerator is controlled at around 600 degrees, the flow rate of exhaust gas reaching the chimney is approximately 8000 Nm3/h, and the maximum level of NOx in the exhaust gas is 35 mg/m3.
It’s relatively low, generally between 10-20PPm
Here, it’s usually around 20!
