As the title suggests: The solvent buffer tank in a solvent regeneration unit is generally equipped with a nitrogen seal and a water seal, and the gas is discharged to the atmosphere intermittently. What pollutants are contained in this gas? Is a similar purification process required?
This solvent buffer tank has removed hydrogen sulfide, so the contamination should be minimal.
Before shutting down, the amine solution should be circulated for an additional period of time until no hydrogen sulfide is released
