More specifically? Large chemical engineering design firms don’t consider this project viable (as the flue gas volume is low). Are you aware of any small firms that have a track record in this area?
:) To be fair, it’s true that large design firms ignore such people; as for smaller design firms, the clients aren’t confident either. That’s the contradiction in the industry right now. They are everywhere. For waste heat recovery design, if possible, I recommend that you find friends from design firms and form a team to help with the design. But these people must have participated. It’s very simple; with a rough estimate, you can find a manufacturer to design it, and the best material to use is stainless steel.
The low-pressure steam produced generally is directly fed into the main system; we have designed a combustion furnace and a waste heat boiler for this purpose
