There is existing wastewater from a washed heavy oil tank with mass fractions of 3.01% NaOH, 3.46% Na2CO3, and 11.02% Na2S; its solid content is 10–20%, and the volume is 70 tons per day. A treatment solution is requested.

First, the wastewater is filtered to remove solid substances using a filter press. Next, volatile oils are recovered through air flotation. Then, compounds that can generate hydroxyl radicals are added for advanced oxidation treatment to reduce the COD of the wastewater. Finally, acid or waste acid is added for neutralization.

Just create an absorption tower and fill it with a hydrogen sulfide adsorbent solution.
