What are the metrics there? What’s the time now? Logically, the nitrogen oxides in sulfur exhaust gases shouldn’t be high; here they are generally around 20, and occasionally exceed 40, but they remain under control. The temperature of the incinerators there must be quite high!

I haven’t come across any knowledge on this topic, but I’ve heard about a proposal put forward by a technician: installing a filtering device at the inlet of the exhaust fan to reduce substances containing silicon such as dust and sand in the air. I’m not sure if this will help reduce nitrogen oxides, but it probably can’t do any harm. Also, someone mentioned heating things to 1200°C, perhaps with the aim of converting them into nitrogen – but that’s not realistic. With that much effort, it would be better to simply equip the sulfur production furnace with burners for burning nitrogen:lol:lol

Are the nitrogen oxides really that low? Are you referring to the exhaust gases at the outlet of the incinerator, or the process gases at the outlet of the sulfur production plant? Do you have any specific figures for oxygen content and nitrogen oxides?
