Producing sulfur using a Claus furnace requires large capital investment and high operating costs. Many chemical companies these days use the oxidation of hydrogen sulfide to produce elemental sulfur, but the sulfur paste contains impurities that are difficult to remove. We have solved this problem by using the gas lift method for elemental sulfur, allowing us to produce sulfur with a purity of 99.95% for industrial use.
