The temperature of the exhaust furnace in this device is generally maintained at 650–700°C, with the temperature behind the furnace being about 20°C lower than that in front of it. Recently, however, it was observed that the temperature behind the furnace was 150°C higher than that in front of it. Other possible causes such as issues with the thermocouples have been ruled out, and there has been no significant change in the device’s load. I would be extremely grateful if anyone knowledgeable could help resolve this issue.
The combustion air supply for the exhaust gas burner is too high; the wind speed exceeds the combustion rate, resulting in the fuel not burning completely and being blown to the back of the furnace, where secondary combustion occurs.
The air supply at the front end of the exhaust gas burning furnace is insufficient, resulting in excessive temperatures due to secondary air supply at the rear end of combustion
The large temperature difference in the furnace of the sulfur exhaust gas combustion furnace may be caused by excessive influence of air supply; during the adjustment process, the air supply was reduced, which led to a decrease in the oxygen content behind the exhaust gas furnace, as well as a drop in temperatures both in front of and behind the furnace; Upon inspection at the site, it was found that the flame was burning unevenly; it was determined that the main burner was blocked, which caused the uneven burning of the flame. After tapping the main burner, the flame burned normally and the furnace temperature returned to normal.
