I would like to ask the experts here: what processes are used for sulfur recovery in low-temperature methanol washing? How effective is it?

Two-stage Claus process, sulfur recovery rate of 80%
We use Topsoe’s WSA sulfuric acid production process, which enables the production of concentrated sulfuric acid with a purity of over 98%.
Are the actual Topsox exhaust emission values different from the designed values? How many tons of sulfuric acid do you produce per hour? Are there any problems encountered in production? Please share so we can learn from them
1. When the hydrogen sulfide content is below 15%, Toyo Lion’s “one-step process” can be used. 2. For a hydrogen sulfide content of 20%–30%, the Claus process can be used. 3. For a higher content, it is recommended to use the Topsox wet process for sulfuric acid production.
