There is such a tank farm that, due to production capacity constraints, can be developed in phases one and two. But the jars from phase one and phase two are together and mixed together. But for the convenience of construction, could all the tank foundations be prepared first? The tanks on the ground surface can be constructed in phase one, with phase two carried out after half a year or a year. I’m not sure if this will work. Still, do Phase 1 first; for Phase 2, both the foundation and the tank will be constructed in Phase 2. Note: The foundation must be subjected to dynamic compaction before construction. It is not possible to carry out additional compaction if there are any changes to the foundation during the second phase of construction.
