How is methanol unloaded using an under-tank dip pipe?

I have never used a dip pipe before; could you please advise me on how to use a submersible dip pipe to fill a tank with methanol? Should I use a pump to draw from the dip pipe or nitrogen pressure?
Your question doesn’t seem to be clearly stated; I guess you might be referring to unloading materials. Flexible hoses are used for filling tank trucks or unloading cargo; in my experience, filling is done by pumping, while unloading is accomplished using nitrogen pressure
Our plant loads methanol into a buffer tank, and then transports it to the storage tank using a centrifugal pump
