Unlike new construction projects, relocation projects consist of two parts: the demolition of the old factory and the construction of a new one, and they involve various transitional measures during the relocation period as well as the reuse of some equipment. When demolishing chemical processing equipment, it is first necessary to carry out proper process treatment to ensure that the equipment does not pose any risks such as being flammable or explosive during demolition. This requires the original production staff and process specialists to develop a scientific plan. As for what you mentioned, removing the previous markings, packing, transportation, and so on are all specific details of the work; you first need to find the original process diagrams, equipment diagrams, manuals, etc. First, classify and label them according to the original drawings (instruments, electrical equipment, pump and valve devices, reaction equipment, etc.), then remove them and refurbish each one individually before assigning numbers to them. As for transportation, each type of equipment has its own specific requirements for transport, which must be followed.
