(In the automotive industry, QS9000 and VDA certifications are used; in the pharmaceutical and health products industries, GMP certification is required.) What are the relevant contents, regulations, procedures, management forms, and implementation documents related to equipment maintenance management? (5) What is the status of the 6S foundation and the working environment across the entire company? (6) What is the level of employee participation in equipment maintenance, upkeep, and repair across various departments? (7) What are the total annual costs for equipment maintenance, upkeep, and repair across the entire company? (8) What is the capital occupied by equipment spare parts inventory? (9) What is the number of hours the equipment is out of service due to failures? What are the downtime hours due to equipment failures in each department? (10) Other basic indicators, etc. In addition, research on corporate culture and employee morale is also required, and the process of this research is also part of the feasibility study for TnPM.
