Does anyone have a plan for putting jet fuel storage tanks and pipelines into use, or information on the quality standards for jet fuel?
Aviation fuel belongs to Category B oils, and the requirements are mainly related to quality. As long as the storage tanks and pipelines are clean and the initial flow rate of the fuel entering them is well controlled, there are no special requirements. Of course, after the oil is introduced, check for leaks in the tank accessories and in the pipelines.
