They’re all external floating roofs, with insulation and heating, so there should be no problems.
It depends on the type of storage tank you use; as long as it meets the requirements, it’s fine. Things like dome tanks or internal floating roof tanks equipped with moisture retention and heating coils, as well as pipeline heat tracing, are sufficient as long as they meet the storage requirements and relevant standards!
It mainly depends on the type of storage tank. I’m not sure whether your fuel oil tank uses a vaulted roof or an external floating roof, nor whether it’s used for heavy or light fuel oil. Generally, crude oil is stored in tanks with external floating roofs.
