Definition of large storage tanks

Recently, internal floating roofs are to be installed in reservoir areas. The standard AQ3053-2015 Safety Technical Specifications for Vertical Welded Steel Storage Tanks contains a section regarding lightning protection for internal floating roofs, which reads as follows: “8.1.3.........Large storage tanks shall have no fewer than 4 connection wires between the floating roof and the tank top.” ........”, I would like to ask how the so-called “large storage tanks” are defined? Are there any specific standard provisions? I ask fellow sailors to help clarify this.

Does no one care about this issue?
Generally, aren’t tanks with a capacity of over 10,000 cubic meters considered large storage tanks?
The standards specify: 3.1.6 Large storage tanks – these are tanks with a nominal diameter of 30 m or more, or a nominal volume of 10,000 m3 or more.
