This management system is established to maintain good production order, improve labor productivity, and ensure the smooth progress of production activities. This system applies to all staff in the production workshop. —1—Production Management I. Production Discipline 1. Production must be carried out strictly in accordance with the product specifications during the manufacturing process. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the factory premises and production workshops. 3. Take good care of production equipment, raw materials, and various packaging materials; any damage is strictly prohibited, and waste must be avoided. 4. Employees must comply with reasonable arrangements and fulfill their duties diligently; they shall not deliberately make things difficult, be negligent, or refuse orders from team leaders or superior supervisors. Those who fail to comply will be subject to penalties in accordance with the company’s management regulations. 5. Dress neatly and cleanly; work uniforms must be worn as required for work. 6. It is strictly prohibited to go out without permission; in case of any need, permission must be requested from the production supervisor. 7. Maintain cleanliness in the workshop; do not discard trash around, and spitting is prohibited. The floor must be cleaned thoroughly after each production task is completed. 8. When the product shows defects, production should be stopped immediately and reported; production can resume only after the cause has been identified. II. Operating Procedures 1. Use production equipment correctly and in strict accordance with the operating procedures (work instructions or user manuals); unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from tampering with the production equipment. 2. Production must be carried out in strict accordance with the equipment’s operating instructions; it is strictly prohibited to compromise product quality in order to save time. Any waste of raw materials resulting from rushing will require compensation at the original price. 3. Employees must not deliberately damage materials, tools, and equipment during the production process; those who do so shall compensate for the damages at their original cost. 4. All employees must follow the operating procedures; those who violate these procedures will be punished depending on the severity of the offense. 5. When operating the machine, be sure to shut it down when not in use, and cut off the power supply promptly once use is completed. III. Product Quality 1. It is necessary to adopt the business philosophy of \"quality first, customers first\" in order to ensure product quality. 2. For any abnormal situations that occur, it is necessary to identify the causes and eliminate them promptly, so as to keep the quality in a stable and controlled state at all times. 3. Strictly implement the \"three-inspection\" system: operators must conduct self-inspections on the products they produce, and only after passing these inspections can the products proceed to the next stage of production. The subsequent stage is responsible for inspecting the products from the previous stage, and it has the right to reject any products that do not meet the standards. In the event of a quality incident, it is not acceptable to let go until the responsible party is identified, until the cause of the incident is resolved, and until preventive measures are put in place. 4. Be responsible for the quality of the products manufactured; ensure that substandard materials are not used in production, and that defective semi-finished products are not moved to the next stage of processing. 5. Divide the area into three categories (qualified products, products requiring repair, and defective products), ensuring clear labeling, accurate quantities, and timely handling. 6. Be mindful of conserving water and electricity at work; turn off the water and electricity whenever work stops, and make sure to turn them off completely before leaving your workstation. IV. Safe Production 1. Strictly enforce all safety operating procedures. Prevent any accidents from occurring. 2. Implement the principle of \"safety first, prevention foremost.\" 3. Equipment Management and Maintenance 1. Assign specific personnel to manage workshop equipment. 2. Strictly follow the equipment maintenance procedures and operate in accordance with the established guidelines. 3. Adhere to the \"three-step method\" for equipment management: carry out daily cleaning, weekly maintenance, and monthly upkeep. After starting work each day, check the equipment’s control system, safety devices, oil supply lines to ensure they are unobstructed, that the oil filters are clean, and that the oil pressure and level are within normal ranges. Apply oil according to the lubrication schedule, using only oil of qualified quality. Only after confirming that everything is in order can the equipment be put into use. 4. Major equipment should be under the responsibility of a dedicated person. 5. Develop a comprehensive equipment maintenance and servicing plan, and keep proper maintenance records that are filled out in a timely, accurate, and neat manner. 6. Strictly enforce the equipment accident reporting system; in case of any malfunction, promptly report it to the supervising supervisor and cease operations. 7. Requirements: neatness, cleanliness, safety, and lubrication; adhere to the “Three Goods”, “Four Abilities”, and “Five Disciplines”. Good means: manage it well, use it properly, and maintain it well. Four skills: namely, knowing how to use it, know how to maintain it, know how to inspect it, and know how to resolve common faults. Five disciplines: namely, adhering to safety operating procedures, keeping the equipment clean at all times, and refueling as specified ; Take good care of tools and accessories; do not lose them ; Stop immediately upon detecting a fault, and notify the supervisor for inspection and handling. 8. The operator must shut down the machine when leaving the post; it is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment without a load. 9. The equipment should have an operational control system, with complete and reliable safety devices. VI. Production Order Management 1.
