Sampling issues for the dispatch of solid products in chemical production

As the title suggests: When chemical products are shipped out for production, sampling and retention of samples for analysis are required. It is easy to take samples from liquid products that are in barrels or tanks. But what about chemical products that come in small solid packages? There are regulations specifying how many samples should be taken based on national standards. The problem is that, in order to take samples according to these standards, a solid sample collector must be inserted into the packaging bag, which causes the bag to get damaged. How can this issue be resolved? Should we not take samples in the vehicle and instead use the analysis results from when it was received?
It is possible to take samples during loading; however, the bags containing the samples cannot be loaded directly – they need to be repackaged before being loaded. It is indeed a bit troublesome, but for products sold externally, using the previous analysis methods can lead to quality issues, resulting in more severe economic losses.
