The production workshop lacks effectiveness – does your factory have such a problem?
This problem exists in many companies, and it is mainly determined by corporate culture and the level of management
Unless it’s a private company, most enterprises have this problem.
There is such a problem: Li Qiang makes many mistakes in his work, and this is attributed to his tendency to seek attention; it is directly related to the style of top-level management.
There should be clear rewards and punishments, capable people should be appointed to suitable positions, and the most important thing is to know how to assign tasks to the right individuals. If these three aspects are done well, management will not be a problem. Those lectures, really, are all nonsense; everyone benefits, and when interests are distributed fairly, things will work out naturally.
The issue of execution problems exists not only in the workshops but also in various departments; it depends on the level of enterprise management.
