Timing for obtaining a pressure vessel usage permit

As the title suggests, when it comes to obtaining the permit for using pressure vessels, it’s not necessary to wait until the project is completed, right? In my opinion, once the equipment is in place and alignment serta grouting work are finished, that’s sufficient. I’m curious about what stage people usually apply for such permits at.

Special equipment – The special inspection agency must issue an inspection report before a usage permit can be issued, right?
The pressure testing and leak checking can generally be carried out at the manufacturer’s facility; if that’s the case, then it can be done right after installation is completed
When is the inspection report usually issued?
1. First is the procedure for notifying the installation of pressure vessels; generally, this needs to be done by informing the local special equipment inspection agency once the equipment arrives； 2. After installation is complete, during the pressure testing and leak detection processes, it is necessary to notify the special inspection agency to arrive on site for supervision (with exceptions in special cases, you know), and then obtain an inspection certificate; using this certificate, records are filed to obtain the license.
