Experts, does anyone have any good methods for removing dust? The material needs to be crushed before being fed in, and there is a lot of dust generated. An air intake duct was added at the feeding point, but that didn’t help either; a feeding shed was also constructed, yet there is still a lot of dust outside. Does anyone have any good solutions?
Does this crushing process have to be done manually? I’ve considered using mechanical crushing, so that it can be handled in a sealed environment!

Perturbed by this issue for a long time, it is possible to achieve sealing and negative pressure dust extraction in areas with small spaces such as belts and spiral discharge openings; however, it is very difficult to effectively control dust concentrations in semi-enclosed or open environments with larger spaces. The same is true when discharging slag and ash from the boiler bins, as well as when loading coal at the gas station. I tried using multiple sets of “ultrasonic dry powder spray” nozzles, and it was effective, but not ideal. I asked around to find out that when large thermal power plants unload coal, they bring the trucks to a completely enclosed area for unloading, and such an investment is also substantial. I’ve been thinking lately about whether it would be possible to use an air seal, with the idea of sealing off the space with air and then using an exhaust fan to feed air into the dust collector. I will conduct experiments if I get the chance
