On August 16, the management cockpit system of Jinxi Petrochemical Company was put into use, providing comprehensive data and indicator analysis to support the company’s daily production operations. It is understood that the manager cockpit system utilizes advanced technologies such as digital technology and big data analysis, in conjunction with the requirements related to enterprise production reports, to rapidly and effectively collect data from various systems. It then performs intelligent analysis and optimization, presenting production metrics and data in a visual, intuitive, and concrete manner. This provides analysis of key indicators for production operations, enabling managers to make informed decisions regarding production management. It is reported that, in response to the issue in previous years where grassroots units faced scattered business data and a large amount of valuable data could not be fully utilized, the Information Management Department of Jinxi Petrochemical established a specialized technology team. By extracting real-time production data from the company’s existing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as well as laboratory analysis data from the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), this team enables real-time analysis and display of various production technical reports through a dashboard interface, thereby facilitating data visualization and quick retrieval and comparison. “The manager cockpit system breaks down data silos, addressing issues such as the abundance of fragmented production data, the lack of data connections between different systems, the time-consuming and labor-intensive nature of data collection, and difficulties in ensuring data accuracy. It thereby significantly improves production efficiency. ”Yang Junwei, the person in charge of the Jinxi Petrochemical Management Cockpit project, said that the system currently covers aspects such as dynamic analysis of the company’s production and operations, crude oil intake, crude oil processing, oil product storage, key analysis items for various units, production status of different components of gasoline, mobile alerts, completion status of products, real-time monitoring of key operating conditions, and production completion status for each unit.
