According to GB50251 \"Code for Design of Gas Pipeline Engineering\", the materials for vent pipelines, fittings, and vent stacks should be selected with consideration given to low-temperature and low-stress operating conditions. The operating pressure for this project ranges from 4.0 to 9.1, and there are high-pressure and low-pressure vent systems. I would like to know what material should be used for the vent pipes under these conditions. For our project, they simply use ordinary pipes, but I think that’s a problem.
If possible, make public the feasibility study materials for the production project and the design reports from the design institute!

In the past, alloy stainless steel was commonly used as the material for such pipelines. However, for pipelines operating in low-temperature conditions, the material selection cannot be based solely on low-temperature requirements; stress calculations must also be conducted to determine whether the conditions satisfy those of low temperature and low stress. This helps decide whether carbon steel can be used, providing a basis for material selection and ensuring economic efficiency while maintaining safety.
