LPG heating heat exchanger

I am working on a project related to the storage and transportation of LPG. In this project, it is necessary to heat the LPG from -45°C to above +15°C using a air-jacket method, taking advantage of the local average temperature of 32°C, in order to keep it in a liquid state. The pressure should be 1.35 mPa. No air supply system is to be used; instead, aluminum heat exchangers will be employed. What type of heat exchanger is meant here? Does anyone know where such heat exchanger equipment is manufactured?
The pressure of LPG changes significantly during the heating phase; it is recommended to verify whether aluminum materials can be used.

OP, was your heat exchanger designed by a design institute and then manufactured by a factory? Or should I just buy the finished equipment?
