1. Party A has a project department, a safety department, a production and technology department, as well as the local authorities where the project is located. What are the respective responsibilities and rights of these departments in this project? 2. Who should be responsible for the safety training of both the general contractor and subcontractors? 3. PSSR must be carried out before the project enters trial production; who should take the lead in conducting it? At what stage/phase of the project should PSSR be conducted?
As is customary, among Party A’s various departments, only the project department represents the client and is directly involved in project management, while the other departments participate through the project department.
