Fire protection distance for pressure spheres containing flammable liquids

For combustible liquid pressure spheres (non-liquefied hydrocarbons) with a boiling point above 45 degrees, what should be considered for the fire separation distance between spheres? At 1.0D? How should the distance between the spherical tank and the fire dike be determined? 3 meters or half the diameter of the spherical tank? Is there any basis for it?
