Does dilute sulfuric acid penetrate or corrode PP?

Due to the increase in the price of concentrated sulfuric acid during winter, there is a plan to switch to using dilute sulfuric acid for production (which is technically feasible). The company has old PP storage tanks that were previously used for storing hydrochloric acid; they were replaced with larger fiberglass tanks because their capacity was deemed insufficient. In order to save costs, these old tanks want to be put to use again. However, it is said that dilute sulfuric acid can penetrate and corrode PP, raising concerns about the risk of leaks. I would appreciate it if experienced users could share their insights on storing and using dilute sulfuric acid.
Take a look at that sulfuric acid pump; it has an inner layer as well, and that layer is also made of plastic.
